Delivery & Installation

Average Delivery Time.

All our timber garden sheds, timber garden buildings and timber garden products are 100% handmade build to order. Below expected delivery time for specific groups of products:

• Timber Garden Products 1-2 weeks.
• Traditional Garden Sheds 4-6 weeks.
• Premium & Combo Garden sheds 4-6 weeks.
• Bespoke Garden Buildings 8-12+ weeks depending on the project complexity.

Please note that all the above delivery dates are “expected” and can’t be guaranteed. Delivery time may depend on the type and complexity of the ordered building as well as on the overall number of current active orders we are working on at the moment. We will do everything, that we can to accommodate your order ASAP. When placing an order you will be informed of the expected delivery time frame based on our workload at the time. 10-14 days, before we can accommodate delivery our Customer Service representative, will contact you and agree a very specific date and time that suit you and us.

We offer deliveries and installation service Monday - Friday only. We may offer Saturday deliveries during the Peak of the season. This is fully at the discretion of the company. We may be in a position to offer Saturday delivery and installation at an additional charge (this fully depends on staff availability). Additional “Saturday” charges will be offered individually and will depend on location, distance to travel, type of building, time of delivery, and expected installation time length.

Delivery of “Fully Assembled on The Palet” and “Flat Packs”.

For some of our smaller products like “Mini Garden Sheds” or “Picnic Benches,” we can offer 2 types of delivery. You always have a choice of which one to pick and we will advise you on this matter.

Product fully assembled in our workshop, shipped on the pallet, ready to be set in the garden. Please note that we are using a third party courier company for pallet shipping. Because of that, we may be not in the position to offer a specific time for the delivery as this fully depends on the courier company. During peak time courier company may not be in a position to offer next day delivery. Some couriers may deliver your item only to your gate or doors and may not want to carry your item to your garden (this decision is fully up to the courier) You should be prepared and organize extra help to unload and carry your item.

Product sent as a Flat Pack for self-assembly. You can expect standard courier in most cases or delivery on the pallet for some bigger items. Every flat pack comes with step by step manual and set of screws (we don’t supply tools). Please note that we are using a third party courier company for smaller items like DPD, Fastway or DHL and for pallet shipping TPN. Because of that, we may be not in the position to offer a specific time for the delivery as this fully depends on the courier company. During peak time courier company may not be in a position to offer next day delivery. Some couriers may deliver your item only to your gate or doors and may not want to carry your item to your garden (this decision is fully up to the courier) You should be prepared and organize extra help to unload and carry your item.

We offer delivery and installation in All Ireland. 

We offer FREE delivery and installation only in some parts of Ireland. Please note: every delivery that is done directly by our company (not a third-party pallet courier) comes with installation as a standard.
